Online Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines

1. Delegates / Trainees who have registered for the conference can send in abstracts for scientific presentation.
2. Abstracts are only accepted online. Submit your abstract by clicking on the link at the right bottom.
3. Only one abstract per participant can be submitted.
4. Post graduates can present posters only.
5. Abstracts to be submitted in well written English.
6. Abstract to be submitted before September 30th 2010.
7. Accepted abstracts will be notified through email.
8. Priority will be given for research papers.
9. Method of presentation for research papers.
   1. Aim
   2. Description of patients
   3. Materials and methods
   4. Statistics used should be specified and explained
   5. Results – Most important finding
   6. Conclusion
10. In case of case reports
    1. Complete relevant details of the case.
11. Presentation should not exceed more than 6 minutes. It will be followed by 2 min of discussion.
12. Presentations should submitted in CD the day before your presentation and should be compatible with Windows 2007/XP
13. Poster size is 3 ft (width) x 2 ft (height)
14. Abstracts once submitted cannot be edited under any circumstance.
15. The decision of the Scientific Committee / Organisers is final and binding.
