Payment Should be made for complete duration of stay in advance by Demand Draft favoring '35th AOMSI Conference' payable at Coimbatore.
The letter of hotel accommodation confirmation will be sent on receipt of full payment.
All extra facilities will be charged at actuals separately and to be paid to the hotel directly.
Cancellations before 15th November 2010 will attract one day room rate retention and balance will be refunded. No refund for cancellation after 15th November 2010.
Booking of rooms are subject to availability.
Please mention second preference in case the first preference hotel is not available.
For foreign nationals, room tariff will be in US Dollars as per the conversion rate.
