In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the 35th Annual Conference of the AOMSI to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the conference and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment regarding registration fees will be refunded as follows:

• Cancellation received till 31st Jul: 75% refund
• Cancellation received till 30th Sep: 50% refund
• Cancellation received till 15th Nov: 25% refund
• Cancellation received after 15th Nov: No refund
• All refunds will be processed 30 days after the Conference.
• Please Note: Telephonic cancellation will not be entertained
